Contact TaskNest Hub Support

Support handles booking questions, Tasker issues, and partnership inquiries. Here is how to reach us and what to expect.

Reaching us

How to reach us

Our office is at 120 Broadway, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10271. The phone number is +1-212-555-0432, answered Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

For anything tied to an active booking, messaging through the platform is faster, because support can see the booking record in one place. Use the contact form on this page for general questions. We read what comes in and route it to the right person.

Before you write

Before you write

Check the FAQ page first for booking, pricing, and scheduling answers. If your question is about a specific Tasker, have their name and your booking reference ready. For coverage questions, include your ZIP code. These details cut the back-and-forth and get you a useful reply on the first try.

Send a message

Tell us what the job is and where it is. We route messages to the right support queue the same day they arrive.

We reply to most inquiries within one business day. See our Privacy Policy for how message details are handled.

Response times

Support replies to most inquiries within one business day. Booking-related messages sent through the platform usually get a faster response because the context is attached.

If your issue is urgent and tied to an active visit, message your Tasker first and then flag it to support. Include the booking reference so we can pull up the details without a back-and-forth.

Booking help

If you cannot find a Tasker in your area, if a time window does not work, or if you are unsure which category fits your job, ask us. Tell us the task, the ZIP code, and the deadline.

We can point you to the right category or suggest a wider time window. For changes to an existing booking, use the reschedule option in the booking first. A handyman booking that gets moved before the visit is easier to fix than one that is already in progress.

How booking works

One office, one queue, and a real person reading it

Messages arrive at our New York office and get sorted by what they need: a booking change, a Tasker payment question, a partnership brief, or a report about a visit that went wrong. Nothing sits in an inbox waiting for a category to be guessed. If your note belongs to another team, we forward it and tell you where it went.

Tasker questions

Taskers can contact support about payments, profile issues, or scope questions. If a job looks like it crosses into licensed trade work, ask before you accept it. Report no-shows and payment problems through the platform so the record stays accurate.

If you are applying to join the platform, use the same form and select the Tasker option. Tell us the kinds of tasks you take on and the parts of the city you cover, so we can match you with the right bookings.

How Taskers are vetted

Reporting a problem

Use the report option in your booking if something goes wrong during or after a visit. Include what happened, when, and any photos. Support reviews the booking record and follows up.

If the issue involves safety, contact local authorities first, then report it to us. Reports affect a Tasker’s standing on the platform, and we take them seriously.

Partnership inquiries

Partnership and business inquiries

If you run a property management company, a moving service, or a building with recurring maintenance needs, we are open to a conversation about bulk or recurring bookings. Tell us the city, the volume, and the type of work.

For press inquiries, use the same form and mark it accordingly. We do not accept paid placements for services outside our categories, and we will tell you plainly when a request falls outside what our Taskers can do.

  • Moving and staging companies that need hands on moving day
  • Press requests about how the platform and booking work

Scope limits

What we cannot help with

We are not a general contractor and we do not take on remodels, permits, or structural work. We cannot send an electrician for a rewire or handle emergency plumbing.

If your job falls outside the categories on this site, we will say so and point you toward the right kind of provider. Being clear about scope is faster than a booking that goes wrong, and it keeps the Taskers on the platform working on the jobs they are actually equipped for.

Questions we hear before people write

These four come up most often. If yours is not here, the form above reaches the same team.

Send your ZIP code, the task in plain words, and the deadline. Coverage is uneven block to block, so support checks nearby ZIP codes before answering and can suggest a wider time window if the match is thin.

How fast will I hear back about a booking problem?

Messages attached to a booking move through the queue faster because the visit record travels with them. Most inquiries get a reply within one business day, and booking-linked messages usually come back sooner.

Can you take on a bathroom remodel or a rewire?

No. Remodels, permits, structural work, and licensed trade jobs sit outside what our Taskers are set up for. Write in anyway if you are unsure where your job lands, and we will tell you whether it fits a category here or belongs with a licensed contractor.

I run a building. How do I start a partnership conversation?

Choose the partnership option in the form and include the city, the rough number of jobs per month, and the kind of work. If you have a maintenance calendar or a turnover schedule, mention it. That is enough for us to tell you whether recurring bookings are workable for your buildings.

Still deciding where to start?

If you would rather browse first, the service pages show what a handyman or home repair services booking covers, and the trust page explains how Taskers are checked before they take a job. When you are ready, the form on this page is the shortest path to a person.
